What we collect
- Account details. When you sign up: your email address, name and profile picture from the sign-in provider you choose.
- Your quizzes. The topics you type, and the questions and answers we make for you, so you can play them again.
- Purchases. What you bought, when, and your credit balance. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
- Usage. How many quizzes each account and network makes, so we can apply free limits and stop abuse.
Files and text you upload
PDFs, photos and text you add are sent to our AI provider only to write your quiz. We don't save the file itself, and we ask the provider not to keep it or use it for training. Short quotes from the file appear in the quiz as sources and are saved with the quiz.
Please don't upload anything you aren't allowed to share, or personal information about other people.
Who we share data with
- Our sign-in provider, to create and protect your account.
- Our payment provider, to take payments and handle refunds.
- Our AI provider, to write your questions.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the website and database.
We don't sell your data and we don't show ads based on it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your settings. If we add analytics, we'll list it here.
Your choices
- You can delete any quiz from your account.
- You can delete your account from the account page, which removes your quizzes and account details.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.
Children
Accounts are for people 13 and older. Teachers can make quizzes for younger students to play without them signing up.
