Credit packs
You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of buying, as long as you haven't used any credits from that pack. Once credits have been used, the purchase can't be refunded.
Pro
You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of your first payment if you haven't made any Pro quizzes yet. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time to stop the next payment and keep Pro until the end of the current month.
If something went wrong
If a quiz failed or came out unusable, we don't take a credit for failed quizzes. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us and we'll look into it.
How to ask
Email support@triviaquestions.app from the address on your account, with the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show within 5 to 10 business days.
