These terms apply when you use triviaquestions.app, run by TriviaQuestions. By using the site you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to make an account. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Free use and limits
You can make 1 quiz without an account and 3 more after signing up. We may change free limits, and we may limit or close accounts that try to get around them (for example with many accounts).
Credits and Pro
- One credit makes one quiz. Credits from packs don't expire and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Pro renews every month until you cancel. It includes 300 quizzes a month; unused ones don't carry over. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
AI-written questions
Questions are written by AI and checked automatically, but they can still contain mistakes. Check important facts, especially before using a quiz for grading, and use the sources shown with each answer.
What you upload
You keep the rights to the files and text you upload. You give us permission to process them only to make your quiz. Only upload material you have the right to use. Don't use the site to make content that's illegal, hateful, sexual, or about private people without their permission.
Your quizzes
You can use the quizzes you make however you like, including in class, at events and at work.
Changes and ending
We may update the site and these terms. If we make big changes, we'll tell signed-in users. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
